As I suspected. You can manually register the 354 version of ClibNetServe.Exe by running it from a Command Prompt (or shortcut) with the command line parameter "/RegServer". You won't get any feedback but if you restart Comet (COSC) it should load and stay loaded as long as Comet is running.
