Hi Badge. There is currently no way to disconnect a single user from any of our server products. Each product is supposed to "discover" when a user disconnects and handle it appropriately. When you say "2 users are logged in twice" which server are you referring to? Also, is it their IP that you see twice or their node name? If it's a Comet node name not to worry as that's just the name of their profile which we don't really care much about. The security server should only see their IP one time. The file server can have multiple connections to the same machine although the port numbers for each client should be different.

The startup problem that ends with a blank scrren may be a problem with COSW.INI. When a session starts up it retrieves window position information from the .INI file and if that's bad it may get into trouble. Try deleting the file and starting again.
