Request for enhancement to CometServe32

Apparently you must have a current version of CometServe32 in order to use certificates issued for Comet2005. Not an unreasonable requirement.
However, if you don't know this, or forget if you did know, CometServe32 just fails to load. It seems you don't get a message of any kind. Bear in mind that if you load an older version of Comet on a newer version of Windows Comet barks at you and tells you what you did wrong.
We need the same sort of logic in CometServe32.
