They tell me it is happening at different times when different programs are running. To add to the confusion, the most current incident happened when someone was trying a simple data entry on one of the local screens of a machine that was hosting many comet anywhere sessions. I've requested more information and they promise to provide me with more than "geez - it is happening all the time" kind of thing.
