When CAPI is run in a Comet session and then you perform a compile, UE will use the directories currently accessed by the running CAPI program. If you do not run CAPI in a Comet session then UE will start a hidden Comet session and then run CAPI using whatever password you have specified in your UE compile settings. Double check to make sure your using the correct password in UE.
