Well, we're stumped over this one. It looks like you're getting an error after you're all done and the gateway and log file have been closed. The E35 is an attempted write to the log file after it is closed.
Attached is a new version of EmailPtr with the close of the log file commented out. Let's see if we get any additional clues written to the log file and take it from there. Unzip attachment in to REL.
