What an interesting and questionable response, assuming a dealer had 40 installations in various geographic locations you expect us to incur the cost of converting each site's programs to convert image files while still paying Signature for upgrades to support the structure.

One alternative is that we will simply tell the customer that since image files are no longer supported we must charge them xxx$ to provide the conversion. I am sure they will line up with their cheque books open. You don't think they will become tired of this and seek another solution do you?

I enjoyed your response to Grant Foraker June 7, 2005 where you blasted him for possibly having an error in his program. Your response is as arrogant as it can get, and as a member of a support team you fail miserbly.

Mr. Guerber, you are out of touch with the realities of looking a customer in the face, who has a choice of software products, and telling them that Comet is the best way to go.

I found it interesting that on this site that Neil Badger needed a copy of your licence agreement, this would imply that He has not sold a new installation in quite some time.

Signature provided a cross over product from the Qantel quite succesfully, and has now entered into a Windows based Vb application. Decisions and or comments such as you have presented ensure that our decsion to convert our applications to a non Comet VB application
is the wisest choice we could make.

Unfortunately I may need Signature in the future for some product, so
I will not use our company name. I assure you that as soon as we have converted I will provide our name and reasons why we do not want to be a Signature member anymore.

You will most likely remove this posting to ensure others don't read it, but Signature has failed miserably in my opinion basically because of you and your attitude towards the dealers.

By the way, please post a questionaire as to how many times Twila actually issues a correct password or licence.txt.. bet you will be suprised

Good luck
