Doc Mgr Frustration

Here I am again, complaining about documentation.
I configured a Document Archive. Sysgen was happy and the printer is in the printer list - although the display says the DEVICE name is LPX (that's the name I chose) but the PRINTER name is LEP (a different PDF printer).
When I try to print to either LPX or LEP, Comet complains.
LPX gives me the Not online or not powered up message.
LEP is simply rejected.
My INI is attached.
Am I missing a few setup steps?? Do I have to create the Archive file?
