There are a couple of ways to capture the startup details but I honestly can't recall if all of them were supported back on Comet 2000. Since the rejected session never gets to QMONITOR, try clicking on "Details" on the bottom right corner of the Comet splash screen during startup. If it did get to QMONITOR, you can get them by clicking on "View", then "Startup Details" at the top of the Comet screen. You can also try adding /LOG to your Comet shortcut following the /PN=. A log file will be created in the Comet folder. Again, I'm not sure how may of these methods were available in Comet 2000.

The "In Use" screen for the security server can be displayed by clicking on "View", then "In Use" at the top of the security server dialog.
