I just set up thes same thing on my laptop and it crashed exactly the same.
I took the global stuff out of my new menu and it no longer crashes.
I am running xp sp2, single user .
I have one client on 357 that has cometanywhere, I could try it on their system and if it crashes you could dial in and have a look ?
