Was there a resolution to this problem? I updated a Customer today from C2K4 to 2K5 and the file transfer refued to go. The remote site told me the told me the screen came up with "Remote VSN 344 Host 357" I was not on site so I didn't see it myself. So I'm afraid I don't have much more usefull information. I had them download the workstation install program from the download site and that worked. I'm afraid that some other remote users will not be able to do this though. I saw Brian and Grant talking about this earlier in the week.
