One of my customers upgraded their servers from NT to Win2000. The Cash Receipts file began losing keys. The file was being updated by 4-5 different users over several hours. The users had all the MS O/S's and a mix of C98 and C2002. Very confusing since nothing in the entry program had changed.
Finally, I got them to implement File32 and the problem vanished.
