Just thought I would pass this along. Everyone knows that you can get quick support by emailing "support@signature.net". Well I am having a problem with OUTLOOK so I thought I would try the same thing with Microsoft "support@microsoft.com". Got a response within 15 minutes. Not a solution but a response. The solution will come later by email.
