Had instructed client to make the change on the short cut from cosw.exe to comet.exe. They had missed a couple. I had thought just by checking the csecure screen that no users were in comet was enough to confirm that all were out of comet. Have since found out that this may not be true. All users at this site have been changed to comet.exe. For whatever the reason, I would have hoped for some kind of sign when running the install that all was not "kosher".
