Once you open the printer, the mnemonics issued are remembered in a workfile. Then, when you close the printer, the stuff from the email.ini is added to that. So, it sounds like you're doing it correctly. Are you running .358? The code to process the mnemonic is in winprint.ddl which is part of the workstation release. Are you sure you have the syntax correct? Here's the link to the doc showing valid "TO" addresses.
