Under 3.58 we received an error 00 when you tried to open a text file where the DOS file did not exist, we now are getting an error 99/BA when the QDIR entry exists but the Text file does not actually exist.
This is bad, text files can go away, I was pretty sure in the past the open would have created a 0 byte file. Something must have changed.
