This sounds suspiciously like the bug that was fixed in version 3.03 of CsAdmin.exe. The problem was that the services would not work correctly if the pathname to the executable contained a blank character. Did you rerun CsAdmin.exe to resetup your services when you installed the latest Security Server? If this is not the problem, please send us your CometNTService.ini file. You will find it in the same folder as the Security Server.
