Hi Willie. Yes you can but it must be from your local workstation, not the file server (if you're using one). Keep in mind that you must use a drive letter designation (as opposed to a UNC) which tells CFAM that the drive is managed locally by the local CFAM/CFileSrv. Also remember that if you configure a QDIR on the mapped drive and perform file operations on it AND that if someone else does the same from another workstation you will essentially have two file servers accessing the same QDIR which is not a good thing.
