Comet2K5 on Win98 SE

I'm having trouble getting Comet to run on a Win98 SE network node.
I get the following message on the Win98 node.

Unrecognized system platform (Windows version).
An upgrade to Comet or Windows may be warranted.

Server WinXP ver 2002 SP1.
Comet2005 ver 354.
CometServe32 ver 5.05.
Node Win98 SE ver 4.10.1998

Any suggestions?
