1. In the "How To" one of the first steps is to chnage the Visible property to True. In DlgTemp, SW.Normal is used to make the dialog visible. Is this the same setting?
2. Can an invisible dialog make itself visible at any time or just during itialization?
3. In Las Vegas somebody mention the need to tame ESC so it would work in the Comet fashion. How?
4. VS question. What's the difference between Build, Rebuild and Compile. My menu shows compile as Ctrl-F7 not Alt-F7 as stated in "Creating a Dialog Based .... Program".
