Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I ended up finding the Build Log file which shows the actual paths for the three steps. At first I didn't get the ".." part of the copy path. Finally remembered "CD .." from way back :) Since the log showed that the copies had executed sucessfully, I did a search for the destination "stdwin.dll" and found it in my STD directory.
Basically, I misinterpreted where the DLL and INC were being placed. Now, I think I can eliminate the QDIR for STW and place my new source in STD with all the other IBS and INC files.
