Hi Grant. I see no problemn with your close code. To prevent the framework from automatically positioning your dialog in the center of your window, you would NOT use CW.AutoSizeDialog at all. The default dialog position should be 0,0 of your COSW window. When you do this the x/y coordinates specified in the dialog properties (VS) should take affect.
