1. No problem about the NE "beep". It would be nice if it worked the same way the "beep" works in an (RJ) field.
2. Is there a way to change the AlignText property from within a program? I had planned to use this dialog for 50-60 programs per customer and make the Right/Left, Numeric/Alphanumeric, # of digits/characters decision in the individual programs. If there's no way to control the Right/Left then I'll it split into two dialogs. A Leftie and a Rightie. I want to get this one as clean as possible, any problem, even small, will be a pain to fix later.
3. Looked at the LostFocus examples but have left that for a later time :) I'll flush the Flush for now.
4. When I went down the direct path with the examples from Jim, bb, yourself I often got myself into "irreconcilable differences" by grabbing logic from different periods of the evolutionary process. I hope this time to not end up with a Platypus :)
5. EditReadOnly - sometimes you want into a room and the light is out and the light switch is in the on position. Is the light out or is this a dual switched light. It took me a while to find the other switch. It's all Bill Gates' fault.
