Customer who had the 9B error last week called. None of the users could get into Comet. Based on what she read from the screen CFAM was down.
Remotely, I restarted Comet Services and checked the various Comet logs. Found nothing. In the server Event Logs I found the following two messages. First one from the CFAM "crash" and the second from the restart.
Customer has been on latest since 6/17.
