1. You may have a permissions problem that's keeping you from installing. Make sure the Administrator has Full priviledges on all of C:. Win2003 comes out of the box locked down to a much stronger degree than Win2000.
2. Try running cbsetup.exe in the Comet Services directory. Mine shows a 6/25/05 date.
