When you say "You write code to set the font", do you mean in VS? Or, can the font size be changed from within Comet? Which is what I'd like to do. Three programs "done" with hundreds to go. The new dialog programs will be phased in over time.

To get greater data density with my QCRT screens I use (Screen=). Some are as high as (105,32). These are going to take some work to convert. In full screen mode, the screens look good on all resolution screens. In "Normal" mode, I use CWFONT to manually adjust the QCRT screen for the best legibility. The users who run Comet in "Normal" mode are used to having the view resize and they'll adjust quickly to the dialog style windows.

If I go with "Size to Dialog" as my "style", then I need all the dialogs to be small enough to fit into a 800x600 screen. Then push the font size up automatically when the dialog is going to be displayed at a higher resolution.

In Display Properties/Appearance, Windows has a font size option (Normal, Large, and Extra Large). This is what I'm trying to reproduce for my Comet programs. You resolved a display problem, the path information, that I was getting on my new laptop because I had used the Extra Large font option.

One of my customers is a franchisee, when the franchisor upgraded their software to Windows, my customer was required to buy 15" flat panel monitors and run them at 1024x768. I don't have that kind (or any kind) of leverage.
