One of my clients started getting the viewmgr FILE NOT FOUND error that was corrected in the latest UTL updates. I installed the latest UTL.0506, but now they are getting compilation errors on all of their attempts to run a viewmgr program. It appears that it can't find a use file ~vrinc.inc. however, it I do a dircat or a qtility #15, the use file appears in the UTL directory. I've included a print screen of the error that appears. What am I missing? P.S. I duplicated the spec in my office and it runs just fine. I've also copied it at the client's site and it still errors out.
