The CED Help files are included with the CED release.
The 503 Help is in file #CEDHLP.
The 504 Help is in files #HELPxxx.
The On-line help points to www.signature.net/ib/internetbasic.htm
You may want to verify you Comet Help Files.
From within CED, hit the CMHELP Build (Alt-F1 on my system). It should show which help program is configured.
The 503 Help program is CEDTOPIC.
The 504 Help program is CHELP0.
The Internet Help program is CEDHTML.
By the way, I just tested the Internet Help, it works fine with the new IB help that Barbara announced this week.
If this fails, you may want to look into the Comet Help files.
In the #HELPLNK you should find the following 3 keys:
CEDMAIN CED3 which points to CEDTOPIC
CEDMAIN CED4 which points to CHELP0
CEDMAIN CED5 which points to CEDHELP
CED CED? which points to the CED Help option you are using
CEDMAIN CED? which points to the CED Help option you are using
Please verify if all of those present, let me know if the CED help still fails.
