Oops! Had to pull the 5.09 File Server

You know, you test and test and then as soon as you release a product you find the "one" thing you forgot to test for. Well, it happened with the 5.09 file server. The CreateKey statement is to be used only on an empty new extended keyed file. A check for this restriction was omitted from 5.09, thus you could attempt to use CreateKey on an existing extended keyed file and risk damage to that file. We will protect against this and get a new release out asap.
