You can expect that the new utilities will support multi-keyed files before the subscription period ends.
We have completed file view so far. Maint, copy and create will be worked on soon. I just felt that it was such a big improvement to actually implement the files themselves, that I wanted to release the feature even though the utilities are not done yet.
Viewmanager, and reporter may take a little longer. I think the issue of the D00 file NOT being included in the qdir must be addressed first.
The old utilities will probably NOT support multi-keyed files.
In the mean time, try the multik program that I sent earlier. It is capable of generating up to 1 million records. use the set statements at the top of the program to specify how many records are generated.
I generated a file with a million records in about 24 hours. I bet your machine will do better.
