Customer called this AM and asked about progress on problem. I said that we were mystified and asked what Comet job she had been running. She said "printing an email". They use Outlook. Users :(
I've downloaded and installed all the latest MS security patches but the server hasn't been rebooted to "finish" them. That had been planned for the weekend. I'll do it tonight and get that possibility out of the way.
