This is a very serious bug, and has been in comet for a very long time! I do not know why we did not see it before.
I traced this back as far as comet build 340 and it was there as well. That goes back more than a year.
Here are the particular circumstances under which the problem can occur.
This has to do with an activate getting an error. There must not be an excp coded on the activate statement, but an errorto must be in effect.
This will cause a crash of cosh.
This will be fixed in build 362. Until then, you can get around the problem by coding an excp= on each activate statement. Of course, you could also get around the problem by making sure your programs compile correctly!! ;-)
