The Comet Security Icon has come back now, but the CS32 one still hides.
When I was closing it down the other day it did say that "ThorCommWndClss" was having trouble shutting down. I have had no success googling that to see if it is fair dinkum or some sort of Malware.
However, so long as you can get to them thru the control panel it is not so much of anuisance.
