COSP FAX error

Going to start this one fresh. Same customer. Other COSP errors resolved and they're upgraded to 361.

Win98 workstation printing DIRCAT of REL to LPF (Shared fax on server). Workstation preview looks good. FAX console on server also has a preview and it looks good. Both have a hard copy option and that print is good. Print job arrives at their full featured FAX machine and about three colums of print on the left are truncated and the fax thinks its receiving a legal sized document. Set up a non-Comet Win2K workstaion to run Comet and ran a fax from there. The FAX is OK. If there's a cover page, it prints without truncation but prints on legal sized paper.

Tests done with 358 a few days back all using the COSP you sent. From another customer - Win98 and 359 - fax is bad. Yet another customer - Win2K and 358 - fax is OK.

The problem may be older that 358. It wasn't until someone complained about about a bad fax and faxed the bad fax back that I knew of the problem. That was in the middle of the other COSP problems. And, it's only to some fax machines. Faxes to my office stand alone and fax modem come through OK.
