the autosupport response comes only if you send mail to supprtt@signature.net. In that case if you use the NOSPAM email address you will not get the email. That approach is being phased out.
If you specify the NOSPAM in your email address when posting to the forum, those wishing to send you an email must manually modify the mailto: that comes up when doing the reply.
