OK, after speaking with you and confirming that some of your users may still be running Comet 2004, we think we understand the problem. The version of CFAM with Comet 2004 is too old to run with the 5.10 file server. Its login is being rejected, but Comet isn't handling the rejection properly. Expect a fix in a forthcoming Comet release.
