I do not know what that message means. I do not believe it is coming from Cometsrv.NLM. If it remains after you reboot your NetWare server, I'd check with your NetWare administrator. I am also unfamiliar with BE8.5 and what interaction it might have.

:Stockton's. Today we tried to install
:a evaluation copy of BE8.5 on a Netware 4.1 Singel Server. The
:installatin didn't go well after we got the server back up and running.

:CometSrv.NLM [SET 'Upgrade Low Priority Threads' To ON]. So far I have
:not found a way to stop that message other then not loading
