Missing DLL

I just configured my very first all CFAM system.

When I tried to run the PTRDLG program, it said that it could not load PRINTDLG.DLL

A little trip in the utilities showed me that it was there even if I could not see it from my Windows Explorer. I am using type C folders that are not shared to everyone.
