The discussion seems to be whether we can work with what Jim's given us or do we send him back to the drawing board. The main concern seems to be with keeping secondary keys unique and allowing them to be multi-field. Stuff like: Secondary = Item Number + Priority Code + Date Ordered. Primary = Order Number + Stocking Location + Line Number.
Personally, I don't want to rework all my programs and files that use standalone index files for Comet 2006 (multi-key Ver 1) and do it again for Comet 2007 (multi-key Ver 2).
