Jim - I tried to respond using 2 other computers in my office all using Internet explorer and got the same error. Could it be as simple as my filling out the form incorrectly? Under POST A FOLLOWUP, I type my name in the NAME field, type my email address, DATA1BS@COMCAST.NET, in the email address, I leave the subject alone, type a message then click on SUBMIT FOLLOWUP. After I click, is when I get the error. Could I be missing a step? I do have Norton Firewall and Internet Security on all of my machines? Do I have to allow access somehow? Normally, the first time it tries to do something different, I get a message whether to allow or block. Did not receive the message on any of my computers.
