Your IP address is a Class B address. Make sure you DON'T have "Limit to Class C Addresses" checked in the security Server settings. It is also a non-routable address. If there is a router between your client and your server it will prevent the connection. Look in the dialog at the Security Server and see if the server is advertising on more than one address. If so you might want to change your Comet.ini to use one of the other addresses. Finally, uou might want to give the latest Security Server a try (version 3.05). There was one change made since 3.01 that would ensure that TCP was set as the protocol.
