Debugger More More More Comet 2006

I put up Comet 2006. I changed the properties of the COSD shortcut to point to my Comet 2006 directory. I have a .dbg file. It all worked in Comet 2005.
When I start COSD and tell it to follow partition 0, it does not find the .dbg file that is there.
Where do I start?
