OK I see it now. The ACTIVATE must have gotten an exception on your customer's system. That caused the crash. It probably didn't crash for you because you didn't get the exception. It is trying to activate QSPOOL2 in a background partition to do the printing.

We thought this had been fixed. We're looking in to it.
