Visual Studio questions

Q1. Can the INC generated by VS be organized by IDD then the IDC's used then the next IDD? It would make for easier reading and better documentation.

Q2. Can the values assigned by VS be resequenced? In Class View, I can see and change the value individually but it would be a pain to change all of them manually.
