I cannot reproduce this error. The address points to the same place that all of the recent debugging has been done re: activate.
Are you doing an activate? If so, what is the error processing situation? excp=? errorto=? errorsub=? Is the program there and the partition available?
I have a printer configured as #:RAW. I can print to it OK. What is the default windows printer in this case? Can you print a dircat to it?
