We run MS Win XP Professional. I am sending you the ipconfig from the pc having the "Problem" and the ipconfig from our laptop with the same configuration and versions that is "Working". The names of the files are represented as Problem and Working.
Grant had suggested the settings on the firewall, but the firewall is turned off on this pc as it is not wireless and they are using the Sonic Wall on the server for security. I tried turning it on and listing COSC.exe and the others as he had shown, but it didn't solve the problem.
