More on CopyFile

I can not make CopyFile bark when I enter a garbage destination path and file name.
I set the flag to 64+256+2048 and entered a completely garbage file name. CopyFile reports File Error of 0 (success).
The documentation calls the primary error code the FuncError and the secondary the FileError; CopyFile.inc seems to reverse those.
How do I get a "Destination file error"?
