Tabbed dialog question

In COSTABS.INC (TD.InitPage), while debugging, I saw ...

! Disable OK and Cancel
cosCtlText$ = Intel(ID.OK)+Intel(BN.CLICKED) + _
Intel(ID.CANCEL)+Intel(BN.CLICKED)

cosCWnd$ = cosDlghDlg$
Gosub COS.AppendCmdFilter

This looks like it's enabling OK and CANCEL. I don't have either on any of my tabs so I guess it doesn't make a difference either way.

Educate me :)
