UE passes commands to Comet to do the compile. %'s, as in a lot of Windows stuff, are used as options.
This what a project compile looks like.
"C:\Program Files\UltraEdit\Console.Exe" /c "%rp%rn.Prj" /t
I'm pretty sure your %'s are going to have to go. I dropped the leading "-" in my source.
