Hi Tom. I was using a time-encoded mechanism to prevent tampering with the CAID. Unfortunately, I blew the code such that when DST went away, my code determined that the CAID had been tampered with so it issued a new CAID that needed to be re-validated at the CA host.
My sincerest apologies to all those poor souls that were affected by my mistake.
